Mobility class will run from 12:15 to 12:45pm. This months mobility class will focus on, by popular demand, OVERHEAD MOBILITY. We will be focusing on opening up the traps, anterior deltoids and biceps to create a stronger lockout position.
Free Beginner CrossFit Class at 12:00PM. Anyone interested in trying out a CrossFit class is welcome to come check out what BCF has to offer!!

U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman, 27, of Glasgow, MS, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, based in Fort Campbell, KY, was killed on August 30, 2004, when his Military vehicle hit an improvised explosive device in Khutayiah, Iraq. 
He is survived by his daughters Shelby and Erin, son Zachary, parents Ross and Glenda, and siblings Kelly and Daniel.
