Drop In
We love being part of the greater CrossFit community and we look forward to your visit as we welcome drop-ins from around the world to experience our excellent coaching! Our drop-in policy is outlined below:
Drop-in fees are $25 per WOD ($45 with a shirt) or $75 (paid on first visit) for a week of unlimited classes ($95 with a shirt). Accepted methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, or PayPal [email protected] (please send with no fees or add 10% to drop-in rate).
You must be a member of another CrossFit Affiliate in order to drop-in for a WOD.
Please fill out the form below (or email [email protected]) to notify us of when you plan to drop-in. Note – if you forget to do this or it is short notice, you’re still welcome to join us for the workout (notification is helpful for our coaching team). Save some time when you arrive at the gym by filling out our ONLINE WAIVER.
You should arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the WOD to fill out a waiver and mobilize.
You are welcome to purchase additional shirts for $25/shirt or tank top.
We do not have dedicated parking. We are located at 1110 N Glebe Arlington VA 22201. We are just 4 blocks from the Ballston Metro. We are also just 2 blocks from the Route 66 exits to Ballston (either Glebe Rd. westbound or Fairfax Dr. eastbound). We have a huge parking garage under our space (Monday – Friday 5:00am – 10:00 pm: $2.50 for up to 2 hours and 15 minutes, after that it is $12. Saturdays and Sunday 6:00 am – 9:00 pm: $2.50 for up to 4 hours, after that it is $5), but we encourage you to walk, run or bike to our gym. If you must drive, there is plenty of street parking within 2-3 blocks of BCF. There is parking on N. Vernon St. and Vermont Street on the other side of Glebe Rd. as well as parking available near Clarenford Station Park on N. Vernon St and 13th Street (these spaces are not zoned and open parking).
