If you are not familiar with SugarWOD, it is a workout tracking app where you can track your workout results. We will load all of our main class programming into the app so it is easy for you to input scores and see the results of other members in the gym.

We will have a more comprehensive user guide soon but for now, follow the pictures below for setting up BCF as your gym after you download the app and make your account.

Congrats to one of our first 10 year members: Coach Travis! One day you sign up for our Foundations Program and the next thing you know 10 years have passed and you’ve become really fit and made so many awesome friends at the gym! Travis took his gym experience to the highest level as he became a coach at BCF in June 2013 and has helped so many gym members on their fitness journey over the years as our longest tenured coach at BCF!! We are happy and very grateful to have you at Ballston CrossFit!

Special shout out to McKenna D for getting 21 pull-ups in Open WOD 22.3. McKenna didn’t have pull-ups before the WOD, but she practiced and worked on technique and was able to complete all 21 of them. Dedication like this is how you accomplish your goals in the gym. Next time you see McKenna congratulate her on crushing the pull-ups!
