*Rest 30 seconds after each round, then start off where you left off.
**Use 80% of HS for rounds 1-4; 75% for rounds 5-7; 70% for rounds 8-10.

You will partner up with someone for the WOD. If you are alive you will start the workout with the first group.  If you are a Zombie (or in any costume) you will start the WOD exactly 90 seconds after the living people and try to catch your partner!

*If you are a Zombie you must catch your partner by catching up to the same movement they are on.  If you fail to catch your partner, you must do a penalty of 25 burpees after the workout.
**If you are alive and your zombie partner catches up to the same movement you are on, then you must do 25 penalty burpees at the end of the WOD.
The only people who don’t do burpees are the living who don’t get caught and the Zombies who catch their partner.

Only 2 spaces remaining in the next Intro to Olympic Weightlifting class. BCF’s “Intro to Olympic Weightlifting” classes are designed to improve technique by performing progressions and classic versions of the two Olympic lifts, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. At the conclusion of a four-week cycle lifters will be capable of moving weight from ground to overhead in a more confident, efficient, and powerful manner. Athletes at all levels are welcome to register.
COACH: Jake

Congrats to all the BCF athletes that crushed the MCM and MCM 10k over the weekend!! Several did it with little running training and focused on CF training – and they represented!! Well done Team BCF!!

“Death by Handstand Pushups”
With a continuously running clock perform 1 HSPU in the first minute, 2 HSPUs in the second minute, 3 HSPUsin the third… and so on, until you cannot perform the number of prescribed pull-ups for the given minute. Performance athletes, feel free to go to a 45lb plate deficit (then you can drop to regular HSPU if you fail).
