FYI – for Barbell Club today, we won’t have a coach (we’re all at an olympic lifting meet and mobility seminar) – but we’ll have a prescribed oly workout for you to come practice lifts.

AMRAP 10:

  • 5 front squats, 115/80
  • 10 kettlebell swings, 24/16
  • *At the top of every minute, complete 15 double unders


Performance:
Snatch, find heavy single
*All athletes with acceptable technique should find heavy single.
