How many days a week do you workout (and typically what time slot)?
The goal is to use all 13 of my classes every month… so I try to do 3+ a week. I typically go to the 4:30 P.M. and weekend classes. 
What is your favorite thing about BCF?
The coaches are dedicated to helping us improve our technique and to move well! I also love that every workout presents a physical and mental challenge. 
What is your favorite movement/workout? Least favorite?
I enjoy barbell cleans and dumbbell movements combined with cardio. Ring dips… no fun! I somehow always end up on the broken air bike, so I don’t like that.
What accomplishment are you most proud of (inside or outside the box)?
I finally got some kipping pull-ups this year! Also, staying consistent and making endurance gains during quarantine working out at the local playground. 
What is one goal you would like to accomplish in the next year?
Bring more intensity to each workout 🏼. Fx (or Rx if possible) all workouts! Apparently chest to bar pull-ups are Fx (debatable!), so I need to figure out how to do these while exerting the least amount of effort. 
What advice can you provide to people new to the box?
Get your money’s worth! Ask the coaches questions! Find a friend (like Sam Williams ) who will challenge you to push yourself to get better. Focus on form and moving well and the strength will come.
