How this will work: Conditioning: There will be 3 AMRAPs. 3:00, 5:00 and for time with 1:00 rest between. The 3:00 and 5:00 amraps will have Athletes see how far they make it through the chipper (scores will be recorded). Resetting back to the beginning for all 3 AMRAPS.
