March 15th BCF Friday Night Lights @ 7PM
Another CrossFit Open in the books. It’s time to gather in the box and cheer on the top BCF athletes and top two teams as they sweat it out in the final workout for the Open Season!
This year we will be having our TOP 12 Males and Females compete head to head as well as our Top 2 Teams from our Intramural Open!
7PM will be when the first heat starts!
If you aren’t competing, grab your favorite beverage and snacks and come cheer on your BCF family for the final workout! Friends and family are also welcome to join us!
