- 1 snatch
- 3 box jumps (Fx: 24/20; Rx: 32/26)
- 5 kettlebell swings (Fx: 24/16; Rx:32/24)
*Rest 30 seconds after each round, then start off where you left off.
**Use 80% of HS for rounds 1-4; 75% for rounds 5-7; 70% for rounds 8-10.
