Ballston CrossFit AM vs. PM Throwdown Event #3:
In teams of two, complete the following (one partner working at a time):
- 50 box jumps (24/20)
- 60 pull-ups
- 70 burpees (onto a 45lb plate)
- 80 kettlebell swings, 24/16
- 90 air squats
- 100 double unders
Run 800m together. Time is scored once BOTH athletes return back into BCF.
