Our annual in-house competition and Summer BBQ will be on September 20th starting at 9:00am!

This is a partner competition. Teams can be (M/M) (F/F) or (M/F) with three divisions: Scaled, Fx and Rx!
Afterwards we’ll have Rocklands BBQ catered to the gym! Free for members to compete and eat!
Grab a friend and let’s GOOOOO! Classes will be cancelled as we will be using the gym for the throwdown and bbq that day!

Please RSVP HERE to let us know if you will be competing, volunteering to judge, or just coming to specate. We will need a headcount for the food.
