Biography

I’ve played sports my entire life. I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship to pole vault for George Mason University at the Division 1 level. I’m proud to say I’m the 2016 A10 Conference pole vault champ. I also retired a member of the GMU top 10 all-time performance list, with a vault of 15 feet 11 inches.
After graduating college, I started running Spartan races. In 2019, I unknowingly qualified for the Obstacle Course Race World Championship in London. That year I placed in the top 50 in my division. A few years later, after training for CrossFit, I qualified again in 2021. This time, I placed 7th in the world in my division!
But let’s rewind back to June 2019. My brother made me sign up for a free class at BCF. On that fateful day, wide eyed me nervously stumbled through the sliding doors at BCF. One minute into the workout I was hooked, 2 minutes in, I was gasping for air. But I loved every second of it. Once I finally recovered, I immediately signed up. And after a few months, I had become a regular at the 5:30pm WOD and Core Blast. Now I can’t imagine my life without CrossFit!
