I grew up playing basketball competitively. The summer going into my sophomore year of high school I got into strength and conditioning. I had an incredible trainer and was immediately hooked on these fitness concepts. While away at college, I continued to fall in love with fitness, as well as the benefits behind it. My first opportunity as a coach was in Queens, NY in 2010. Shortly after that, earned my CrossFit Level 1 certification and was fortunate enough to coach and then grow into the Head Coaching position at Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave in Manhattan, New York in 2012. During my tenure there, we were able to build the gym to over 600 members!
In 2016 I decided to take the next step and move to Boston to take over as owner of CrossFit HomeBase. For over 6 years I was the Head Coach, General Manager, of CrossFit HomeBase as we grew our amazing community. As the owner of HomeBase I was able to learn the business side of CrossFit for a more complete picture of what I could do for my community.
CrossFit has not only filled my competitive nature, but it also changed my life. Thanks to CrossFit I have been able to travel all over the country and it also introduced me to so many great people who have become my family! I am extremely excited to continue to share my passion for fitness and helping others here at BCF!
