Saturday March 18th from 9:30AM- 12PM at BCF, Dr. Tim from Rehab 2 Perform will be onsite providing 15 minute consultations for athletes. It will consist of a mix of soft tissue, mobility, stability exercises with a few assessments. Come out if you have any aches and pains you would like a profesional to look at.
