5 x 2 @ 75% of 1RM Back Squat weight
*Not a typo
then, perform one ME Back Squat Set with same weight

Ascending by 2’s of:
Deadlift 135/95
Hand power cleans 135/95
*10 Lateral Hops over bar after every round
FX: 115/80
