Yes, Ballston CrossFit is both a CrossFit Affiliate and a Hyrox Affiliate. Ballston CrossFit started as a CrossFit Affiliate and will continue to focus on CrossFit – but we are opening the door to incorporate new styles of training to accommodate the needs of our members and community!
