We teach basic to advanced athletes functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. We have trained people who are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives; including students, business executives, Navy SEALS, stay-at-home moms, athletes, firefighters, grandparents and police. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work. The things members share are motivation, hard work and honesty. Those are the characteristics that we have built our business and our community upon. We utilize CrossFit as our primary training method, and focus our members on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains.

Our classes and private coaching are based on the CrossFit program originally developed by legendary coach Greg Glassman after his many years of watching, working with, and coaching all types of people – from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.
CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.
