Weekend notes: Open gym today is condensed and running from 12-1:15pm. We WILL be having yoga on Sunday with Jenna!

10 Rounds of:
30 seconds on MAX ROW then 5 Hand Release Push-Ups / 45 rest (Starts when row ends)
The way this will work is athlete will row hard as possible 100% for 30 secoonds and get off and go right into the 5 Hand Release Push-Ups. The rest time starts as soon as the ROW ends.
Finisher: Ladder 10-1 then 1-10 of:
Back Squat (Rx135/95)
and
5 Toes 2 Bar after each round
**20 minute cut off
