Saturday: 10am & 11am WOD and noon open gym & free class – Bryan
Sunday: 11:15am WOD – Travis
Monday: 10am WOD with Bryan, 5:30pm WOD with Rich and 6:30pm yoga with Jenna

E3MOM 15 (every 3 minutes you hit the lift, increasing each time if you accomplish the weight):
12 Deadlifts 115/80
9 Hang Power Cleans 115/80
6 Push jerks 115/80
Every 3rd Minute increase the weight. 135/95, 155/105, 185/125, 205/145
Score is last Completed set weight
Finisher: 1 Mile time trial run
