Tomorrow night is the BIG night… Saturday Night Lights 16.5 Open Throwdown at CrossFit Route 7!
Come cheer on the top men and women from BCF & CFR7 as they compete against each other in Open WOD 16.5!!! This will be a fun, social event – come meet new friends! Feel free to bring your friends if they are interested in CrossFit or just want to see what you do every day!
BYOB and cheer for your friends as they compete head to head!! Power Supply will be there with free samples to enjoy!
Congratulations to everyone who has competed in the 2016 CrossFit Open! It has been fun to watch the improvement of all of our athletes and the PR’s that have been set during the process (so many athletes can now do ring and bar muscle ups!!)!!
 
1st Heat “Team CFR7” – kicking off at 7:15pm

Where is CFR7?
CFR7 is located right behind the new Tesla car dealership off Tyco Rd. From Route 7, turn onto Tyco Rd. and then when you see the Tesla dealership, take a left into the first entrance and then drive straight (heading down the alley in the back of the building). Drive straight about 300 meters and we will be located on the right (8504-B). You will see our sign above our huge garage door (our paint is red and black) — just park along the side the building and enter the door under the CrossFit Route 7 banner. There is also additional parking at the end of the building in the back – be sure to park in an actual parking space. If you are having difficulty finding us, drive around the entire building and you’ll locate our space around the back.
