Wednesday, December 7, 2022, 7:30 – 8:30 PM: BCF presents Yoga For A Cause

Date and Time: Wednesday, December 7, from 7:30-8:30pm (please arrive 10 minutes before class)

Location: Ballston CrossFit, 1110 N Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22201 – discounted parking is available in the garage below the gym for $2 (bring your ticket for validation)

Yoga Type: This will be a Power Flow Yoga class with an empowering playlist to boost your confidence!! You can expect a big stretch towards the end of class to wind down for the evening. The class is accessible to all levels (no experience required).

Suggested Donation – $10-20: All donations will go to Girls on the Run Northern Virginia, an organization that inspires girls in grades 3-8 to build confidence, kindness, and decision-making skills using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. Donations are being matched by Ballston CrossFit AND two generous corporate donors, so every $1 turns into $4, every $10 turns into $40, every $100 turns into $400, and so on…!

Instructor: Kristen Cheman is a certified yoga teacher with 8 years of experience in local gyms and studios and serves on the board of Girls on the Run Northern Virginia
