I have been a competitive endurance athlete since I was 5 years old. I ran, swam, and lifted weights through childhood, college, and post-collegiate athletics. As a life-long competitive athlete, I see the importance of incorporating cardio, strength training, mobility, the right fuel, a positive attitude, and mindfulness into training programs.
I started Crossfit in 2017 (thanks to BCF yoga instructor, Liz Marmesh!) and found it to be the perfect blend of all of my favorite exercises and movements. I joined BCF in 2018 after seeing on Instagram how strong the entire community was during the Open. Since then, my strength and performance have increased exponentially thanks to an incredible team of coaches and members.
I am grateful for the opportunity to teach yoga at BCF. I believe that we are each capable of much more than we know and look forward to teaching from a place of energy, positivity, and fun!
