Personal training is ideally suited for a wide variety of clients with more specific needs. All of our Personal training follows the CrossFit approach to improving overall fitness of our members.

  • Elite athletes with specific goals for performance gains (including improvements on Olympic Weightlifting)
  • Recovering from an injury
  • Looking to get back in shape after a pregnancy
  • Dealing with orthopedic issues or referred to exercise by a doctor
  • Mostly sedentary and a little extra time and attention is necessary
  • Wanting to get a little better at movement skills
  • An individual needing to prepare for a fast-approaching event

Personal training ensures that every workout is paced & programmed just for you. Personal training rate starts at $80/hour.
