BCF Boot Camp is designed to be fun and challenging (CrossFit experience is not required - no barbells in Boot Camp). These 1 hour classes will provide varying types of conditioning with the possibility of several workouts of differing lengths, goals, and challenges. Simple monostructural work will be implemented, EMOMs, tabatas, and unlimited circuit combinations will be used to get your heart rate and work rate up and keep you there the duration of the class, all through bodyweight movements, core development and light weight moving progressions. It'll be ever changing, but always focused on building a big metabolic fire and keeping it stoked and hot.
Unlimited BCF members can come just like any class, for Gold members it will count as one of your 13 classes. For non-CrossFit members, we offer packages of 5, 10, and 15 class blocks that can be purchased here (classes expire after 6 months).
