Merry Christmas BCF! We have some big presents coming to our community including:

– a new full time manager to support the community (in addition to Brock, Cam and Tucker)
– new equipment for the gym (currently shipping from Rogue Fitness)
– new weekday and weekend WODs and Open Gym time slots (days/times being finalized, stay tuned!)
 
Get excited for 2022 as we continue our pursuit of excellence at Ballston CrossFit!!

Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28, 2005. He was one of 8 men killed when his helicopter was shot down while trying to give back up support to Marcus Lutterell, better known as the “Lone Survivor”.
