Power clean, 2×3 (70%); 2×2 (75%); 2×1 (80%)
*Based on 1RM (squat) clean

 

Fitness & performance:
Ballston CrossFit AM vs. PM Throwdown Event #3:
In teams of two, complete the following (one partner working at a time):

  • 50 box jumps (24/20)
  • 60 pull-ups
  • 70 burpees (onto a 45lb plate)
  • 80 kettlebell swings, 24/16
  • 90 air squats
  • 100 double unders

Run 800m together. Time is scored once BOTH athletes return back into BCF.
